Dr. Amrita Bokdia is a Leadership & Soft Skills Trainer, educator, and Founder of AMB Consulting, dedicated to transforming individuals from within—turning knowledge into presence and potential into performance. With global corporate experience across India and the United States, including roles at Amazon and Bayview Retirement Community (Seattle), along with experience at Clear Sight Analytics and Maruti Suzuki, she brings real-world insights into her work. Her diverse background in HR and people development enables her to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and real-world confidence.

Currently serving as a Management Faculty at Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur, she has been teaching MBA, MHRM, and Tourism & Hotel Management students for the past 5 years. Alongside academia, through AMB Consulting, she works with students, institutions, and corporates to deliver impactful training in leadership, communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. With a strong foundation in neuroscience-based learning and counseling, and experience working with organizations like Kotak Foundation, eVidyaloka, and Pajah Foundation (Africa), she has impacted 5,000+ lives—helping individuals build confidence, clarity, and lasting transformation.

Dr. Sanjay Jain is an accomplished academic and industry expert with a strong multidisciplinary foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce alongside an array of postgraduate qualifications, including MSW, MHRM, MRM, M.Com (Business Administration and ABST), B.Ed., and B.Com. His academic journey reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.

With over 13 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Jain has developed deep expertise in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and General Management. He is recognized for a dynamic teaching style that effectively blends theoretical concepts with practical insights, equipping students with real-world skills.

A Life Member of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), Dr. Jain served as the Honorary Secretary of the Udaipur Chapter for two tenures, contributing significantly to professional development initiatives and training excellence.

Beyond his academic work, Dr. Jain is a dedicated sports enthusiast. He is a BCCI Level 1 Certified Cricket Umpire and a BCCI Level A Certified Cricket Coach, reflecting his passion for nurturing athletic talent.

Additionally, Dr. Jain is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. His strategic insights and practical exposure make him a respected expert in the field. Dr. Jain exemplifies leadership and versatility across academics, sports, and professional services.

Dr. Hemendra Panwar is a result-driven professional known for his impactful work as a sales trainer, life coach, and motivational speaker. With a deep understanding of human behavior and business dynamics, he empowers individuals and organizations to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable success.

Specializing in sales excellence, Dr. Panwar provides practical strategies and high-energy training sessions that help professionals enhance performance. His expertise extends into life coaching, where he guides individuals toward clarity, confidence, and a growth-oriented mindset.

A passionate communicator, Dr. Panwar utilizes storytelling to simplify complex ideas and inspire lasting change. Through his motivational sessions, he encourages people to break barriers, embrace change, and strive for excellence in both personal and professional spheres. His mission is to ignite purpose, build resilience, and create leaders who can make a difference.

Dr. Panwar is also a seasoned academician with 17 years of experience, offering a blend of academic excellence and industry insight. He is highly regarded by his students for his approachable nature and his dedication to career counseling and goal-setting.

With over 20 years of experience in college teaching and research, Dr. Abha Toshniwal Baser specializes in HRM and Marketing. Holding a Post Doctoral (ICSSR), Ph.D., and UGC-NET qualifications in Commerce and Management, she is currently a Guest Faculty at UCCMS, Udaipur. With numerous research publications, she demonstrates strong expertise in analytics and is committed to inspiring students through innovative, practical teaching.

Himanshi Kumawat is a dynamic Facilitator at AMB Consulting, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and organizational skill. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA. Driven by a passion for learning, she is committed to continuous personal and professional growth.

Himanshi gained valuable research experience at the Space Applications Centre (ISRO), where she worked on advanced satellite imaging and data analysis. Her contributions to electro-optical sensors and orbital simulations reflect her strong analytical thinking and proficiency in Python and computer vision technologies.

Beyond her technical strengths, Himanshi has demonstrated excellent coordination and communication skills as a content creator for JECRC University’s Social Media Cell. There, she played a key role in enhancing digital engagement and managing content strategies for diverse audiences.

Himanshi has also been active in leading major academic and cultural events, including national-level fests and hackathons. As an anchor and event coordinator, she has successfully managed teams and ensured the smooth execution of large-scale programs, showcasing her leadership and adaptability.
