Dr. Amrita Bokdia combines rigorous academic training with hands-on corporate experience. She holds a PhD in Management and an MBA in Marketing, and is PHR certified.

Her seven years in corporate America—including time at Amazon—shape how she designs programmes: practical, measurable, and respectful of participants’ time. As faculty at Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), she stays close to emerging research and student development needs.

As lead trainer, she is the primary face of public programmes and sets the tone for quality, ethics, and follow-through across every engagement.

Priya Sharma

Associate facilitator — Leadership

Executive coach with 12+ years in HR and organisational development. Specialises in leadership transformation for mid-to-senior management.

Priya is an executive coach with more than twelve years in HR and organisational development. She works most often with mid-to-senior leaders who are stepping into larger remits or rebuilding team trust after change.

Her sessions blend assessment insight, structured practice, and follow-up accountability so skills transfer beyond the training room. She partners with AMB when programmes need dedicated leadership depth alongside core curriculum.

Clients value her direct feedback style, her grounding in business context, and her ability to make abstract leadership ideas actionable within a single workshop or cohort.

Rahul Mehra

Former L&D head at a Fortune 500 company. Expert in POSH compliance, workplace ethics, and cross-cultural communication training.

Rahul previously led learning and development for a Fortune 500 organisation, where he built compliance and ethics programmes at scale. He joins AMB engagements that require deep familiarity with policy, investigations, and prevention—not just slide decks.

He is especially strong on POSH compliance, workplace ethics, and cross-cultural communication in distributed teams. His workshops make space for difficult questions while keeping organisations aligned with legal and cultural expectations.

When your brief includes sensitive topics or large, heterogeneous groups, Rahul helps ensure delivery stays precise, inclusive, and audit-ready.

As former Dean at IIM Udaipur, he has guided curriculum innovation, executive education, and industry partnerships. He advises AMB on programme rigour, academic credibility, and long-term positioning in the management education ecosystem.

His counsel helps ensure our offerings remain intellectually sound and aligned with what top institutions and employers expect from high-trust training providers.
